  2. Include your order number or purchase email address
  3. Let us know why you're requesting a refund (feedback helps us improve)
  4. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • You must provide valid order information
  • This is your first refund request for this product

Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Digital products that have been extensively downloaded or shared
